Oliodoro, the oil of Giambra

Amongst the hills of Siracusa and the majestic iblean mountains, between the cliffs of Giambra degrading into steep cliffs towards the Anapo valley where the Pantalica necropolis exists, with its relative nature reserve situated amongst uncontaminated nature where fragrant vegetation spontaneously grows and presents essences such as oregano, lupinus, absinthe, fennel, etc. Amongst scornabecco plants, holm oaks and oaks a 'heroic' agriculture is practiced amongst century old olive trees which have survived many bush fires in the past , amongst recent and not so recent olive tree plants, found is our Company which extends about 16 hectares with an endowment of about 2000 plants of 8 different oil cultivars, and this is where obtained is our rich and precious oil

 

Throughout the year we take care of the soil and our plants in order to obtain healthy and perfect olives.
We choose them carefully one by one, we collect them "by hand", it is a long and tiring job, but only in this way is it possible to obtain an excellent oil.
It is packaged in milk of 0,5lt, 3 and 5 liters to guarantee freshness and to avoid alteration of the product.
